Maya and Miguel, episode 35, act 3, animatic's Description
 This is an animatic/boardomatic for the 3rd act of Maya and Miguel, episode 35.
I drew the board, but by the time it got into the boardomatic phase it had already gone through a few revisions. When animation is produced in big corporate settings, revisions are inevitable and they are assigned to revisionists (not the original storyboard artists), which is why you may be able to spot a few drawing styles.
I only produced a few storyboards for Maya and Miguel, because I soon had to move to a different position, on the show.
All the animation was done in Korea, so as soon as the animation started coming back form our Korean friends, I had to look over their work and tell them what to fix. And there were quite a few fixes.
Later I even went to Korea... 안녕하새요. 저는 한국 말을 조금 하새요. 하지만, 아직 잘 못해요. 저는 친자 별로야. :) |
