Litterbug - Public Service Announcement's Description
 A public service announcement for the State of Pennsylvania. If memory serves me right, some of the most beautiful scenes in this clip were some of the first animation attempts by (then very young) Bill Presing. I knew Bill would be a great artist, the moment I saw him draw the first line on paper. Bill was also the principal designer for this project.
This project is kind of mixed media. The animation was all drawn and inked on paper, then scanned an colored in the computer (in Animation Stand). And the backgrounds were built as 3D CG models. |
