Maya Pencil Test's Description
 This is just a short pencil test that I did while I was working on the Maya and Miguel project. I don;t even know why I posted this here. It certainly isn’t much. I guess I just posted it because it’s the only actual animation for the entire Maya and Miguel show that was done in the US. I was trying to explain to the studio in Korea how to animate Maya’s ponytail on the Eso-Es moment, the way Tony, the director wanted it.
I worked on the show in various capacities. First I was doing storyboards and then I was in charge of checking stuff that came back form Korea. I would always send them sketches and instructions on how to fix things. I’m sure they “loved” it. Later I went to Korea, to work directly with the animators. I even learned some Korean. 안녕하새요. 나는 한국어를 조금 말한다. |
