Louis Netter is an illustrator, graphic designer and animator. He has taught at SUNY Purchase, Parsons School of Design, Westchester Community College, and has guest lectured at several colleges and institutions. Louis Netter is also a published illustrator whose work has been in the Guardian, Stocks and Commodities, The Stranger and a host of other publications. He has a book called “Life’s Too Short For Nuance” published by New York Etchers Press. He is also an independent animator and has produced two animations. His work is widely exhibited across the US and he is in the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The New York Historical Society and the Library of Congress. He was instrumental in the organization and promotion of the Art of Democracy nationwide series of exhibitions that took place in 2008.
